Darkness Rising returns with THREE back to back haunted houses!
Wasteland
After the bombs fell, civilization crumbled, leaving a world where the air burns your lungs and the sky is forever choked with ash. The surface is ruled by vicious, radiation-poisoned survivors who hunt any outsiders foolish enough to enter their domain. They have turned the remnants of an industrial wasteland into their twisted kingdom of rust and blood, living by one rule: only the ruthless survive. If you step into their world, be prepared to fight for every moment you have left… because in the Wasteland, mercy is a myth, and survival comes at a gruesome cost.
Dark Matter
A distress signal echoes from the abandoned research vessel U.S.S. Icarus, drifting in deep space. When a rescue crew boards the ship, they discover it isn’t empty—it’s infested. A parasitic alien organism has broken containment, infecting the crew and twisting them into monstrous, tentacled horrors. The corridors reek of decay, and the darkness itself seems alive, whispering, calling, waiting to consume the living. As the infected mutate, they hunt the last remaining souls aboard, desperate to spread the contagion to anyone who dares to enter. In the endless void of space, there is nowhere to run from the nightmare.
The Pharaoh's Curse
Deep beneath the scorching sands of Egypt lies a tomb untouched for millennia. When a team of treasure hunters broke the sacred seal, they awakened a Pharaoh’s restless spirit and his army of mummified guardians. Now, the dead walk the corridors of the tomb, protecting the cursed artifacts and dragging intruders into the darkness. Every step you take, every breath you draw, is an invitation for the Pharaoh’s vengeance to fall upon you. Will you escape with your soul intact, or will you become part of the Pharaoh’s eternal curse?

We went last night with my 14-year-old son and three of his friends, and they had an absolute blast! The haunted house was fun, interactive, and very well organized from start to finish. The staff struck the perfect balance—friendly, professional, and just the right amount of scare without going overboard.
The timing was great too—it lasted about an hour from start to exit, which felt perfect for both teens and adults. The kids loved every minute of it, and I enjoyed it just as much. I would definitely recommend this haunted house for families looking for something exciting and spooky to do together.
We’ll be back next year for sure!

Went today 10/26/24 and it’s my second year going! A Must go you will NOT be disappointed. We were a party of 5 and all of us had a fabulous time. Scary, jump scares and the props were great.Have to give the actors two thumbs up they really got into character. Love to support local businesses and this one is on my list to attend each year.

This haunt has great animatronics, great actors and an overall creepy feel. Kevin outdid himself this year with his amazing mind and this work of art. This is a must see and must visit haunt for your spooky season

Great attention to detail. Length was great. Actors amazing. Great stories. 10/10 stars. Can tell they really care and enjoy the show

Free parking in the street. Same location as 2022
Plenty of rope players
Got at 7:00 and better than last year
Crowd was minimal. Reversed the entrance and the exit compared to last year. Overall, good experience.

We had so much fun, the staff is great, the haunted house was full of surprises with an unexpected experience that made us laugh so hard we were almost in tears. Had a tarot card reading as well. All in all, great night!

Big fan of darkness rising. We look forward to this every year. They are great at spacing out the groups to make sure everyone enjoys the scares. Always fun story lines and great themes!
