The sight of a Pizza Hut that isn’t attached to a Taco Bell is an odd phenomenon on Long Island, but something even stranger is happening at this Centereach location. Located on Middle Country Road, this chain restaurant is known to be a haunted spot on the Island.

After since a death allegedly occurred in this building, which was at the time a Jack in the Box, ghostly whispers have echoed throughout the bathroom. Patrons have also felt odd cold spots, and employees say that pots and pans will fall off the shelf at random as if pushed by a ghost. Rumors say a person was either murdered or committed suicide inside the bathroom, where the eeriness tends to occur.

Paranormal investigators have also checked the place out and have agreed that the place had a creepy feeling inside.

  • Some say it's true

I lived in centereach all my life. I remember the jack-in- the -box. Never heard anything happened in there. They knocked the jack-in-the -box down. When they built the pizza hut. They must of have rats in the kitchen knocking down the pans. The ghost hunters that came there was scammers. I agree with one thing. It is pretty eerie in the parking lot. The homeless sleep there.

  • Unfortunately this pizza hut location is closed.

I've been many times, it's almost like it's not the bathroom that is haunted but the whole parking lot of that pizza hut is very eerie. I've felt an odd energy when coming and going from this area. Although now closed, I believe this location will always have this energy.

  • pizza hut bathroom is haunted

i walked into the bathroom and immediately noticed the atmosphere was not the same, it felt so heavy. I was hearing lots of whispering and voices which i couldnt tell were from inside or outside the bathroom. Then when i started scanning the room i felt another presence in the middle of the room in front of the toilet and then i immediately got out of there. Nothing happened but i was too afraid to stay and find out
